Katsuya, the culinary concept of the sbe group, opened its doors in Baha Mar, Bahamas on August 30th, 2017. After Los Angeles, Miami, Kuwait City and Dubai, creator Philippe Starck continues his collaboration with sbe and chef Katsuya by designing the interior of this tenth Katsuya restaurant.
"Katsuya is primarily focused on the genius of Chief Katsuya. Fusion cuisine can be found everywhere in the world, but nothing is as inventive nor as good as its cuisine. It's surprising, it's good, it's modern because it's healthy.
