A canteen designed by Philippe Starck in Saint Ouen flea market
Philippe Starck has laid the first brick of his future chic canteen in the presence of Jacqueline Rouillon, mayor of Saint Ouen, Paul Planque mayor assistant, Christophe Démaret joint president of Accessite and Philippe Amzalak, owner of the canteen who also manage the restaurant BON Paris 16e.
“Ma Puce” is an ambitious project of 250 seats divided between a loft and two industrial veranda located in Serpette and Paul Bert market.
“Ma Puce is not a restaurant, it’s a bowl.
A bowl of hot soup, a bowl of steaming coffee, a bowl of flavoured tea, a bowl of intoxicating hot wine …
Ma Puce, during a beautiful winter morning, it’s fire, welcoming arms to warm your heart and body.
That’s all, but it’s already quite something.
Welcome home.”
